But I hold my ground, remain a gentle giant, have my horn pointed to the heavens, my feet firmly grounded. I plod along, listening and aware, my lack of keen eyesight is compensated by my fierce intuition and my ability to remain calm and take in my surroundings. 

When rhino enters the scene, it is not with the calm and soft whispers of a blade of grass. Rhino announces his arrival by causing the very earth to tremble underneath him. He kicks up the earth, but not in an aggressive way unless it is necessary. Mostly he desires to amble, and be. When rhino is being sent your way, it is because it is time for you to dig in, ground yourself down, and at the same time know that you are divinely guided, and not alone. 

Rhino can be your backbone. Draw from his very presence and strength. Get in touch with the earth, feel the warmth of the dirt between your fingers, bask for a moment in the sun. Just BE.
