Return Policies

Return shipping fees will be paid by the collector. A refund will be issued as soon as your print arrives at our studio and we confirm it is damage-free. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return questions beforehand at and someone will reply as soon as possible.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately if you wait any length of time past receiving the item we will have to assume damage happened after arrival.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom paintings are for obvious reasons not available for return. There is a process to ensure satisfaction along the way.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like original art pieces or framed canvas prints. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We use an outsourced printer to ensure quality of all of our products, but that means additional cost to us if you order the wrong product. The initial product would need to be returned to the studio, not the printer, and then reviewed to approve an exchange.

European Union 14-day.
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at
