This beautiful piece embodies all the energy and joy that can be had when on a residency in Orqueveaux France. Two weeks in the French countryside, in a town with only 68 people in it, and 27 artists! Our every need was met and we just got to create, create and then talk about creating ALL day and night. There is a gorgeous lush lake in the chateaux grands where there resides two swans, and this was a photograph I captured early on the second morning.

Orqueveaux France, May 2024. It is part of a very limited collection I created while there. A few pieces were finished in Gulf Islands, BC. This was not one of them, this was completed in France.
